02 copos de fubá(de requeijão)<br />
02 copos de leite<br />
02 copos de açúcar<br />
1/2 de copo de óleo<br />
05 ovos<br />
02 col. de fermento em pó<br />

Misture em uma panela o fubá, o leite, o açucar e o óleo e leve pra cozinhar
até virar uma polenta, não precisa deixar muito no fogo (mais ou menos 10 mts.)
Dai deixe esfriar bem. Coloque na batedeira e coloque as gemas e bata bem.
Desligue e coloque devagar as claras em neve e o fermento. Se quiser coloque
erva doce ou cravo. Leve pra assar. Quando tiver quase assado salpique açúcar
com canela e volta ao forno por mais uns 5 mts. Essa cobertura deixa o bolo
crocante por fora e a massa fica super fofa.<br />

Caramelize a forma (faça o caramelo direto na forma, colocando na boca do fogão
e mexendo para não dourar demais), deixar esfriar na pia para que não queime.
Não esqueça de segurar a forma com luvas próprias para forno.<br />
Despeje a massa do bolo na forma caramelada, e asse em forno pré-aquecido à

Desenforme depois de morno, fure com auxílio de um palito, despeje a calda e
